Job Description
The functions included in this job are as follows, but not limited to:
- Minimum CompTia A+ and 5 years helpdesk supervision experience;
- Be able to support any other issues related to Helpdesk;
- Deal with escalate complex technical issues as appropriately;
- Resolve common and complex ICT technical problems;
- Escalate more complex technical issues to management;
- Contribute to continuing development and innovation at the Help Desk;
- Extensive working experience with HP Printers;
- Extensive experience repairing and maintaining Laptop’s, Desktop’s, Monitors and Projectors;
- Supervise network design and layout;
- Manage VOIP platform;
- Troubleshooting networks and domain controllers;
- configuration and fault finding of wireless- WiFi networks;
- Provide system and network Administration.
- Installation and implementation of both Hardware and Software including upgrades.
