Senior ICT Helpdesk Engineer / Technician - Ltd. LKS


Job Description

The functions included in this job are as follows, but not limited to:

  • Minimum CompTia A+ and 5 years helpdesk supervision experience;
  • Be able to support any other issues related to Helpdesk;
  • Deal with escalate complex technical issues as appropriately;
  • Resolve common and complex ICT technical problems;
  • Escalate more complex technical issues to management;
  • Contribute to continuing development and innovation at the Help Desk;
  • Extensive working experience with HP Printers;
  • Extensive experience repairing and maintaining Laptop’s, Desktop’s, Monitors and Projectors;
  • Supervise network design and layout;
  • Manage VOIP platform;
  • Troubleshooting networks and domain controllers;
  • configuration and fault finding of wireless- WiFi networks;
  • Provide system and network Administration.
  • Installation and implementation of both Hardware and Software including upgrades.
