Provision of Administrative support to the operations team
 Administration of operations projects executive plans and follow-up
 Administration of operation staff HR issues in cooperation with HR department and stores managers
 Administration of operations policies and procedures
Ongoing evaluation of tasks and actions progression related to the improvement plans, and corrective actions
Ongoing evaluation of Objectives and Key results (OKRs) related to the operation department
 Administration of the operation staff performance evaluation process
 Operation department performance analysis
