Design Architect - inabah company

Job Description
We are looking for a design architect who has competence for design Initiate and create architectural designs from concept through to construction.
Responsibilities and duties 

Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
Take the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and prepare design proposals 
Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
Reviewing all design and plan .
Prepare all architect BOQ and reviewing contractors BOQ.

Requirements 

Demonstrated proficiency through all phases of project development
Proficiency with Revit or same software, 3D Rendering, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
Competent knowledge of building codes
Competent knowledge of specifications
Highly organized with the ability to manage time and deadlines in a fast paced work environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated with the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.
Proactive and detail oriented
Analytical thinker and problem solver
Desire to grow, mentor, and inspire a team
focused around design excellence, collaborate and foster a strong design culture 
Proven working experience in  construction or similar role
Good time-management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Critical-thinker and problem-solver.
BS degree in  Architectural Engineering.

Strong negotiating skills . 
Strong computer skills, emphasis on Microsoft Office, 
Ability to work under pressure.

Working Conditions

Work in an office and field environment .
Must be able to travel for working around libyan cities .
Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines .
