ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/SCOPE OF WORK
 Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Be responsible for the medical referral processing including preparing documentation and registration in the system
2. Able to coordinate with the medical referral team in terms of: admission and discharging decisions
3. Follow up referred patient in public or private facilities and make sure the appropriate and needed treatment are
delivered to the patients
4. Have the ability to coordinate the referral process between different departments
5. Assist through medical referral process and pathway
6. Able to monitor and follow the patients pre and post admission status.
7. Inform his/her supervisor of any needs in the facility for prompt action
8. Provide a regular written and verbal updates regarding activities conducted including monthly reports and daily data collection report
9. Work and plan with other program staff on program activities needed to be implemented on the ground
10. Ensure patient confidentiality
11. Attend and participate in regular country and program meetings as scheduled
12. Follow IMC security protocols
13. Any other responsibilities assigned by his/her supervisor for fulfillment of program objectives
14. Willing to work with limited resource,
15. Willing to work in remote areas, if needed
16. Able to provide feedback/reports regarding work-related activities
17. Willing to do manual work when necessary
 
QUALIFICATIONS:1. Registered Medical Doctor
2. At least 4 years’ clinical experience; mandatory 3 years in ER and 1-year in medical department
3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
4. Has good computer skills dealing with MS office; particularly excel, outlook and word

Arabic: Fluent (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
English: Fluent (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
