Rawafed Libya (Human Resources Manager)


Rawafed Libya would like to announce the open vacancy for a Human Resources Manager within our Office in Tripoli.

Job Role:

To develop a strategic HR and Administration system (including policies and procedures) which shall ensure a healthy and competitive work environment within the frame of equity and motivation concept.,

Job Function:

The functions included in this job are as follows, but not limited to:

Keep organizational structure updated and reviewed for continuing suitability.
Ensure the completion and updating of Job analysis (Job description, Competency analysis, competency mapping).
Manage payroll input to finance.
Ensuring that (HR Manual) policies and procedures needed for the HR management system are established implemented and maintained.
Draft and create policies.
Ensure the promotion of awareness of HRMS requirements throughout the organization.
Ensure the compliance of HR policies with local legal requirements and legislations.
Conduct HR recruitment strategies based on approved manpower plans.
Manage employee files through effective tracking system
Manage routine manpower issues according to the approved policies and procedures.
Develop training and development system.
Develop and update performance appraisal system.
Ensure the effective implementation of the HR system in the company.
Implement action plans and achieve objectives provided by the Finance & Admin Manager.
Manage and monitor the HR divisions budgets as well as displaying in parallel effective cost control
Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniques.
Identifies team development and training needs.
Effective manpower planning
Planning and management of division resources
Orienting, HR training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; administering scheduling systems; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Ensure that all HR process are met the Libyan labor law.
Ensure the confidentiality between staff and management at all times.


Required Competencies:

Computer literate
Excellent communication skills.
Strong command of both Arabic & English.
Good organizing skills
Good analyzing skills
Strong knowledge in Local labor law


Minimum Requirements:

A Bachelor Degree and / or Masters in HR coupled with a minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience in a managerial position within an HR Department
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR field.
Good command of English and Arabic.
