RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
·Facilitate life skills programme of RET
·Plan, organize and implement trainings for the master trainers on life skills and peer to peer education by using RET curriculum.
·Mentor and tutor the master trainers during their peer to peer education and produce quality narrative reports about these trainings.
·Work in close coordination with the Psychologist/Social Worker and the Senior Youth Programme Officer/the Senior Protection Officer in designing and implementing activities with a focus on psychosocial wellbeing of the participants according to the needs and interests of the beneficiaries. 
·Work in coordination with the Youth Activity Trainer/Recreational Activity Trainer in planning and implementing social action projects together with the beneficiaries.
·Plan, organize and implement a guest lecture series supplementary to the life skills programme designed according to the needs and interests of the community.
·Follow up attendance and all other documents of the beneficiaries and submit them to the Centre Admin Assistant
·To prepare weekly and monthly activity reports and submit to the Centre Supervisor.
·Work in close coordination with the Centre Supervisor and the Senior Youth Programme Officer/the Senior Protection Officer.

Profile & Skills
·At least Bachelor Degree in social sciences or related subjects
·Substantial of experience in developing, planning and implementing skills trainings;
·Prior understanding of peace building, social cohesion and protection
·Prior experience in working the children, youth, and refugees is an asset.
·Prior knowledge of Humanitarian Principles, conflicts setting, IDPs, refugees.
·Prior understanding of the region and community to work with is an asset.
·Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, including ability to work with diverse group of people
·Dynamic and energetic
·Excellent and dynamic facilitation skills both in1:1 and in a group setting
·Prior knowledge of youth educational methodologies and instructional techniques is an asset
·Strong (self-) organizational and flexibility particularly in working hours.
·Ability to meet deadlines, manage a varied participant load, and work under pressure
·Good knowledge of written English and/or Arabic is an asset
