Job Description

To advise directly ship masters on mooring preparation and procedures;
To direct launch crews assisting in mooring line and hose handling;
To supervise all loading operations;
To assist supervisor in the enforcement of company port regulations, marine maintenance, the supervision of work barge operations as required and maintenance of marine records.

Job Requirements

Libyan National
Valid STCW (Standard of training and competent watch keeping) Master class 1 or class II unlimited certificate with minimum 2 years experience.
Experience of senior deck officer and / or ship handling experience.
Must have a high standard of English language to be able to communicate with tanker officers of various nationalities and be familiar with the responsiblities of his position.
