We aim to continuously improve the quality of our services and developing the brand image of our company and are looking to strengthen our team with the following position.
The Board of Directors at Home of Expertise for Management & Financial Advisory is engaged in a search for a Marketing & Communications Manager, to institute and oversee overall marketing & Communication strategy.
The appointment is expected to begin on 06/19/2018.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute traditional and digital marketing strategies including audience targeting, messaging & content creation and HEMFA’s strategies, public relations & promotional activities.
Drive digital strategies to communicate various segments of the services/solutions positioning.
Build Brand image of the company (internal and external).
Writing and release of media articles and creation of advertisement content and messaging.
Website management including content improvement, SEO, SEM,
Follow up and update the website.
Plan and execute customer, market and competitor research.
Conduct market/customer surveys and develop/implement remedial measures.
Customer relationship management
Account director/manager for Key accounts (up to 3 accounts)
Contacting & meeting important leads
Create, implement and deliver all the company presentations (internal and external) or by delegating the due to other teams
Insuring the delivery of training programs & outsourcing services & solutions for the clients on time in coordination with Operations Manager
Marketing plan development (quarterly, annually)
Follow the digital and social media trends and always present creative and out of box ideas for the social media and creative teams to develop and present for clients
Analyze and set up marketing budget
KPI setting, and KPI review (services & solutions, team, department)
Marketing reports management and submission
Managing social media
Plan, execute and report on advertising/tactical campaigns
Manage the team and follow up on a daily basis
Monitor all customers’ queries
Plan and manage company events.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field. Master degree is a plus.
Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles.
Proven marketing campaign experience.
Digital media knowledge and social media marketing experience.
Valid Driving License
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original opportunities.

Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Strong copywriting skills.
Attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage budgets.
Professional and proactive work ethic.
High competence in project and stakeholder management.
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Must be familiar with a variety of marketing techniques and venues.
Understanding media production methods and techniques media essay, including video, audio, and online multimedia production
Customer service skills are mandatory.
