Job Requireme

Object Oriented Programming Skills
Net framework
SQL SERVER development (writing creation database scripts, store procedures, indexing, agent jobs, concurrency, transnational replications)
ADO .net (Disconnected/Connected)
WCF Services
Asp.net MVC (handle json requests/response/ filters / configuration)
Windows Services (create and managing)

ORM (Entity Framework or Nhibrante) Tools Experience (Recommended but not mandatory)
Write Structure and clean code involved in software architecture
