Accountant - Alzad Allibi for Catering Services



Location : Tripoli
Working time : 9 am to 5 am
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Receivable and Collection

Receives supporting information and documents from operations – Meals Summary, BEO’s, Delivery Notes, Timesheets and other related reports or necessary documents to support the invoicing processes
Coordinates with operations the collection & gathering of all necessary information for the correct computation of invoice amounts.
Calculates and prepares invoices and credit/debit memo.
Prepare invoice per client per locations for approval by the Chief Accountant
Coordinates with Liaison Officer and AP Accountant on payment of sales tax per invoice and on sending/dispatching of original copies of invoices to the client
Investigates and answers all clients’ queries with respect to issued invoices with disputes and PO all communications and tracking for invoices with PO’s

Records revenues and other related entries into the company’s books of accounts.
Generates Weekly / Monthly Reports for AR
Reconciles sub-AR balance from GL AR balances;
Monitors collection via cash/check payments and bank remittances
Assist in the preparation of management reports on Revenue (including accruals), Average Headcount, Number of Meals and Invoice Deduction and Aging of Receivables and other statistical reports related to this receivables and revenues.
:Minimum requirements

Preferably female.
Minimum 1 years related experience or any accounting field;
Computer literate – proficient in MS Office Excel & Word and knowledge in computerized system a plus factor;
Analytical and with Good Communication Skills – both speaking and writing;
To work for “Full-time” (Saturday-Thursday) – based on Alzad standard office hours.
