Job Activities Provide description of “what” should be done, pointing out key activities and tasks

Marketing, Sales and Customer Care Operations

Develop communications and advertising for the products and customers and manage execution of campaigns
Select and negotiate contracts with necessary third parties (e.g. media agencies)
Prepare the overall marketing plan for each market segment
Develop segmentation, define the competitive positioning
Provide input into new products requirements
Develop and establish customer retention policies, guidelines, and SLAs
Develop, maintain and manage customer satisfaction initiatives


Develop and establish contact center policies, guidelines, and SLAs
Manage call service operations for consumers
Assess customer satisfaction and collect consumer feedback
Operate and execute consumer surveys on behalf of marketing
Manage bad debt and billing process



Set-up sales channels, and build up their operations
Develop sales strategy, budget and targets for sales channels
Develop sales management processes and procedures to ensure delivery of targets
Manage sales channels operations – Manage sales logistics (with Logistics dept e.g. for CPEs and SIMs delivery) – Manage sales contracts – Manage the sales outlets (direct sales channels) and the relationship with distributors (indirect sales channels)
Execute promotions and discount
