The Company provides a wide range of project management.
Implementation of procurement management plans and programs.
Execution of purchase orders received and orders of employment within the limits of his work.
Submit a daily report to the Procurement Manager to indicate what has been accomplished and what has been postponed with a reason.
Prepare the appropriate budget for procurement management within the company's capabilities.
Contribute to the selection of suitable suppliers.
Follow-up the arrival of the shipment, obtain the required documents and inform the concerned parties.
Print and prepare the purchase orders or contracts for approval.
Assisting in customer requests and verifying the correctness of information.
Handle printer and photocopying devices.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to accomplish and perform more than one work without confusion.
Preferably have experience in accountancy.
