Job title: Subscribers Support Officer

Administration: Follow-up subscribers services unit, Eastern region services office.

Place of work: Benghazi

Job summary: the official must provide support to subscribers regarding contracts and subscriptions with the other sections and administrations and supervises renewal and termination of contracts, settlement of due amounts, archiving all documents electronically and in files for easy reference.

Tasks and responsibilities:

To provide support and assistance to individual and institutional subscribers.
To communicate with subscribers by all means.
Follow-up incoming applications from subscribers and addressing problems faced.
To develop the work system by registering subscribers’ data, contracts and related financial data.
To participate in preparing contracts and cooperation agreements and to prepare forms for service conditions and agreements.
To manage and implement contracts and to supervise renewal and termination of contracts.
Follow-up invoices and payment procedures and settlement with the concerned administrations.
To attend contracting celebrations with companies and institutions (major clients) for compliance of conditions.
To ascertain validity of signed contracts.
To receive subscribers documents officially.
To open and update the files of subscribers.
To specify the needs of the unit for performance of work and to cooperate with the section’s employees.
To prepare the periodical reports on the progress of work.
To ascertain that any party will not view subscribers’ data and personal information.
To perform any other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or High diploma in financial administration and accountancy or related fields.
Experience 3 years in specialization.
Skills, abilities and knowledge:

To participate in preparation of contracts and cooperation agreements and supervise subscribers’ financial status.
Negotiation skills.
To administer and implement contracts and supervise renewal of contracts.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to follow-up and distribute work according priorities.
Ability to schedule debts and due dates.
Ability to prepare reports and statistics.
Proficiency in using computer.
Ability to withstand work pressure.
Team spirit.
Proficiency in English.
Accuracy in work.
