ADMIN ASSISTANT
• Professional Excellent level of speaking English and Arabic Language
• Know Microsoft office
• Knowledge in computer use
• Ability to do multiple task
• Send and receive emails to and from the external companies
• Asking price quotation and dealing with external vendors
• Conduct internet searches to find needed information
• Maintain strong working relationships with external vendors
• Contact vendors to confirm purchase order details
• Identify potential vendors with which to arrange contracts
• Track and monitor purchases, from initial order to delivery
• Answer inquiries from potential vendors
• Fulfill other admin assistant duties as needed.

Requirements and Qualification
• High school diploma (Associate degree or higher preferred)
• 2 years’ experience in a admin assistant role
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proven history of effective supply management
• Able to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs
• Should have their own car transport
