Commercial Marketing Manager Job Purpose:
Miza Financial Services is seeking a Commercial Marketing Manager to support our Services business. You will lead all downstream marketing activities related to Miza Financial service offerings including: developing the go-to-market strategy, and support activities to achieve the annual revenue plan.
a company leader, overseeing day-to-day Commercial and focusing on the long-term interests of the business. Pursues new business opportunities and manages functions such as company associations, employee activities and evaluations, and other matters that relate to a company’s operations. Plays an important role in commercial and marketing core corporate management.
Commercial Marketing Manager Job Duties:
Examines company rules to make sure they stay relevant and makes recommendations for necessary changes
Develop and implement go-to-market and launch plans for financial services . Includes: Defining, creating and introducing innovative promotional material/sales tools , demand generation and integrated marketing campaigns that support and communicate the Miza Financial Services propositions to this specific market segment, and build brand equity.
Develop and maintain influential reference sites to highlight efficiency of Miza products.
Generate and analyze competitive intelligence and promote understanding of competitive tactics
Regularly interact with customers through site visits, presentations, tradeshows, and professional societies; collaborate with sales to ensure Miza financial Services delights customer in every interaction
Provide direct assistance to the field sales organization for large-volume sales opportunities.
Work to understand underlying issues related to service quality/customer complaints; ensure feedback is communicated back to respective owners for input into recommendations and resolution to identified issues.
Looks for opportunities to grow a business, whether through partnerships or new initiatives, and works to take advantage of those opportunities
Analyses sales and other reports that give insight into how a company can make adjustments to improve performance
Assists commercial directors and works as a member of a cohesive team
Works with contract managers
Resolves issues with contracts and commercial operations
Communicates with parties in a contract so that all understand the terms, particularly a contract’s financial aspects
Assesses risks and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation
Manages daily company operations
Coaches employees on best practices for managing contract issues and handling daily issues and tasks
Accepts extra duties as situations arise
Works efficiently and calmly tight deadlines or other stress factors arise
Commercial Manager Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Related Field, Ability to Priorities, Strong Organisational Skills, Strong Coaching Skills, Strong Oral Communication Skills, Negotiating Talent, Superb with Deadlines, Decisive, Advanced Problem-Solving Capabilities, Professional, Thorough, Detail-Oriented, Ability to Process the Big-Picture Items
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
At least 5 years classical commercial marketing experience required
