The role is to manage all human resources programs and various employee-related matters to help the company and its people develop and grow in the confines of the law. The HR manager is also responsible in promoting corporate values and a positive culture within the company.
Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Develop and keep updated company rules and policies according to the local laws and regulations.
- Organize, control and oversee the activities and actions of the HR department.
- Develop and oversee the organizational structure to support future growth and identify manpower needs aligned with business goals.
- Lead and coordinate the recruitment and selection process.
- Organize and oversee training and development of employees.
- Develop and analyze employee’s evaluation program.
- Manage payroll, compensation and benefits.
- Prepare and analyze annual HR budget and monitor the budget quarterly.
- Provide reports to the management and give advice according to HR metrics.
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure the smooth running of the company from a people perspective.
- Provide guidance and support to all employees to foster a positive and encouraging work environment.
- Handle confidential information.
Job Requirements
- Degree in human resources management, business administration or equivalent.
- Proven experience in human resources department.
- Outstanding leadership and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Very good listening and observation skills.
- In-depth knowledge in labor law and HR practices.
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
