Job Description

We are looking for a qualified team leaders to manage our teams . You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members

Responsibilities

Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Monitor team performance and reports about the work
Motivate team members
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues

Job Requirements

Experience in installing Huawei, ZTE and Ericsson equipment at least 2 years
Degree : diploma in communication engineering or equivalent it
Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
Good PC skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Organizational and time-management skills
Decision-making skills
