Back-End Developer – IFES Libya - IFES

The High National Election Commission of Libya (HNEC) seeks a developer to develop server-side web application logic and integration of the work front-end web development. Back-end developer will write web services and APIs used by front-end developers and mobile application developers. The developer will be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by the HNEC team into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well.

ASP.NET Developer to be responsible for designing and monitoring applications. The responsibilities of ASP.NET Developer include writing code, designing solutions for applications, and improving functionality.

ASP.NET

• Collaborating with front-end developers.
• Ensuring that HNEC team deliver according to standards.
• Improving functionality.
• Using the most updated and appropriate technologies.
• Designing and building application layers.

The Back-End Developer will be hired on a fixed-period long-term consultancy contract with IFES based in Tripoli. The daily workplace will be the HNEC office in Tripoli.

Task 1: User Management:

Login, Get Profile Content, Change Password, Change Profile Image, Log Out, Edit Profile Info, Delete User, Stop User, Active User

Task 2: Dashboard:

Get Statics Info

Regions, Get All Regions, Get Regions By Index, Delete Regions, Add Regions, Edit Regions, Branches, Get All Branches, Get Branches By Index, Delete Branches, Add Branches, Edit Branches

Task 3: Constituencies:
