Job Description

P&G ER_ assistance will be responsible on following up on P&G regulatory matter , coordinating and implementing professional & detailing program related to our health and personal care product and contributing directly and effectively in creating new opportunities and growing business at all channels level.

Responsibilities

Following up on registration and regulatory compliance of distributed P&G products in Libya.

Manages / execution of professional and school programs.

Handling and effective follow-up of health-related consumer complaints

Regulatory support for the anti-counterfeit project.

Sales Assistant of P&G health and personal care-related products at pharmacies channel.

Knowledge / Skills

1. Excellent understanding of local regulations and EU legislation related to P&G product categories.
2. Excellent understanding of local Libyan standards.
3. Must have knowledge of products that P&G markets in Libya.
4. Must have the ability to develop networks and productive relationships with regulatory authorities and gain their respect.
5. Must have the ability to develop networks and productive relationships with professional organizations, and medical experts and gain their respect.
6. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
7. Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
8. Good with numbers.
9. Excellent command (ENGLISH / ARABIC).
