Customer Sales manager

Job Brief:

The customer sales manager is Responsible for achieving sales targets assigned with keeping high level of customer satisfaction and secures the company’s business policy aiming at an increase in the customer base, sales increase as well as at a profit rate and customer’s best service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieving the customers’ visits targets according to the plan designed.
  • Achieving sales targets assigned with keeping high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Increasing the customers’ base by making regular acquisition / registrations of new customers.
  • Responsible for achieving the customer satisfaction level assigned and solving any problems related.
  • Observes closely the customer base, the daily sales as well as the margins of the products and produces action plans to succeed in sales and profit maximization.
  • Keeps customers informed on any offers and forwarding actions taken.
  • Co-ordinates with the Tele-Sales BAO team.
  • Contact customers within the store or in the store’s catchment area and support the communication flow regarding settlement of complains or demands, information for the market and competition etc.
  • Observes competition, suggests an action plan, and prepares weekly or monthly reports which are then forwarded to the DFOM.
  • Analyses customer data and makes sure that monthly reports reach the DFOM.
  • In collaboration with sales and Marketing departments designs, implements, and follows up projects concerning product prices or special promotions.
  • Participates in the training of newly hired employees.
  • Checks customers’ data.
  • Implement all company’s policies and procedures.
