Job Description:

We are currently seeking a full-time Deputy Security Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our operations room. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Security Manager in managing all aspects of security operations, coordinating with our security personnel, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality security services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Security Manager in the overall management and supervision of security operations
• Oversee and monitor the activities of the operations room, ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members
• Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the operations room
• Analyse security threats and incidents, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate with other departments, clients, and law enforcement agencies as needed
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to security personnel
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans and drills
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Security Manager

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in the private security industry, focusing on operations room management, is preferred but not essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
• Proven track record in managing security operations and personnel
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of relevant security technologies, systems, and equipment
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional languages are a plus
• Must be willing to relocate to Tripoli, Libya, and work full-time at our company headquarters
