Job required: Accountant
Employer: Wazen Oil Services
Record daily transaction.
Prepare the invoices of Sales.
Follow up the invoices which are under collection and customers' accounts.
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Taking on some of the manager's responsibilities and working more closely with management.
Being involved in decision-making processes.
Preparing Offers for our clients.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
Record details of actions taken.
English Language skills.
Good computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook.
Good knowledge of accounting principles.
Ability to deal with accounting systems.
Ability to work under constant pressure.
