Overview of position
Established in 1951, Our client is the leading inter-governmental organization in the field of migration and works closely with governmental, intergovernmental and non-governmental partners. The client is dedicated to promoting humane and orderly migration for the benefit of all. It does so by providing services and advice to governments and migrants.

Role objectives
Under overall guidance of the Program Manager, and the direct supervision of the Senior Field Engineer and in close collaboration with the Resources Management Office of the Client in/Libya mission, the incumbent will be responsible for the implementation of all construction projects in Technical cooperation activities for the coast Guard and Directorate for Combating Illegal Migration officers in Libya. Activities will include providing technical advice and assessment, coordination, responding to the needs of the program, both large scale and high visibility and small scale infrastructure projects throughout the agreed geographical area.

Expected output
1. Assist in reviewing and evaluate technical design, architectural and structural drawing works, bills of quantities (BOQ) and material specifications lists prepared by the field engineers and identify basic and/or special project needs.
