Establishment of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. On 22.11.2011, at the mandate under Law No. 9253, the Cabinet approved the establishment of the ministry
Ministry of Youth and Riyash is one of the ministries of the interim government that was announced on 22 Nofber 2011 is now working on the foundation in order to serve both young men and women to free Libya.
